Strange bar on my Mac.

The woods just outside NY,NY.
I have this strange brown/black bar on my Mac that is telling me everything that the Mac is doing. I can't get rid of it, and I can't even use Grab to take a picture of it. Seems an awful lot like a Malware program. Anyone have any idea of what I'm talking about, and what to do?

Try taking a full screenshot with the Command-Shift-3 key. I've found that can get things Grab can't.

PS: It isn't malware.
 
It's Voice Over. You can turn it off by pressing CMD+fn+f5. You might have to leave out the fn key.
 
Well, you can turn it on with the same key combination or through system preferences.

Like I said You are my hero, and I love the internet. Thank-you. I don't know if there is any realistic way for me to repay you, but I am a believer in Karma, and somehow I think you have probably earned a LOT of points in the world of Karma believers
