How to wake up Lion on Mac Mini?

I am using a Mac mini as Web server, it has a wireless keyboard and mouse.
I also set VNC server so that I can share its screen.

My question is if I don't use keyboard or mouse for a while, the Web or VNC server won't response and I can't view web page and can't login to VNC server, how can I confit my Lion to response my request even if without mouse or keyboard ?
