Resolved Latest new iphone 4S out of box can be Jailbroke?

Hello everyone, I have been using my 3GS for a while. The battery seems to be dying. It is running on jailbroke iOS 4.3.3, and it seems to be slow... I'm looking into the iPhone 4S now.

So, my question is, if I were to get a iPhone 4S now, it is gonna be able to get jailbroken and unlocked (I sometimes travel abroad)? I haven't been keeping up with all the basebands updates and iOS updates and all that jailbreaking related information for a while. Could you guys please help me fill the gap?

Your best bet is to purchase a factory unlocked 4s or maybe look around for a used iPhone 4 that can be unlocked.
