Dropped my iPhone 4S and not I have a huge problem

I dropped my iPhone on the table and it was less than 5cm and the phone turned off. I turned it on after 10 minutes of trying and it kept searching for service and it found none. Then I noticed that none of my App Store apps were working and I had no problems with the ones from Cydia or the preinstalled ones like the Camera or the Music app. What do I do now? How can a such small drop have caused this?

Well if there's no signs of damage take it to an apple store.

Restore your iPhone to factory and see if it works.

If it still does not, take a trip to the Apple Store, or call Apple support.

What carrier are you on? Did it unseat the sim card?

see if its as simple as the sim card got moved, try a hard reset, try a restore

OK, so I restarted the phone a couple of times and now I have service. The problem is we don't have Apple Store in Macedonia and I bought my iPhone from T-Mobile here. I restored it, I did a hard reset but still nothing. Now I can't even start up App Store. Cydia works great though.
