Does anyone have experience with the "Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Go! Pro" USB sound card?

Would it provide a better audio output than the stock mb headphone jack?

What about in comparison to PC motherboards that have the HD audio input (Azalia?)

I figured some of you would have experience with these products that would supplement the research I am looking at online:)
