YouTube mobile site difficulties.....

I've done several searches and haven't come up with an answer....

Before 2 days ago I had no trouble with either the YouTube app or the mobile site. However, now YouTube, as well as other videos I view on sites anywhere, load INCREDIBLY slow.....even when I have up to 4 & 5 signal bars.... Videos loaded fine and in good time before with the same amount of signal...... What's going ON?? Someone help please......

Oh and it's an iPhone 4

In fact, ALOT of sites are slow to load on general now. I've deleted my cookies, cache, etc but nothing has worked.
 
I've also just tried cleaning and reseating the sim, as well as doing a hard reset. Perhaps a new Sim all together may work?

I've restored my iPhone yesterday and the issues were gone...
This might help you too, or try a new sim :)
 
Found the problem.....

Went to AT&T store today and found that my data use was too extensive so AT&T "throttled" me into slow data speeds to deter me from using it, since I'm grandfathered into unlimited data from CellularOne, I was taking advantage of it as I SHOULD have a right to!
