Worse battery life after jailbreak?

I originally thought it was either infindock or overflow. Which I was partially right. Overflow eats battery bad, but I uninstalled everything from cydia and while the battery life is better, its still not on par with non jailbreak.

Is this normal?

I did notice my battery draining a little faster, might be due to the themes etc that I am using. I did turn off some services though to see if I get any better battery life. I will have to fully charge my phone and see how it goes.

JB an iphone does nothing more than add a second app store icon, (cydia) to your springboard.
Adding that extra icon does NOT cause any extra battery drain.

Apps/Packages downloaded, installed, and running on your iphone can and will drain your battery faster,
(but adding the extra icon by JB does NOT).

I wish someone would make that a *sticky*, (this should be common knowledge by now).

I have no idea what that means, can you please explain?

Also like I said I didn't change any settings, only thing I have is cydia and whatever came with it. I removed everything else.

You apparently didn't read anything I said. I said I uninstalled every tweak/app and only having cydia.

Sorry, wrong wording - P51 corrected me - "system services".
Regardless about the current cydia problem you have, you should also turn off the bottom four switches under "system services" to help improve your battery in general anyway.
