2011 MBP - Is there a SD card cover

Just got my early 2011 MBP Refurb, and just wondered do they come with a cover for the SD card slot normally? Either a fake insert card of a flip down slot protector like on the old expresscard slots, or are they always open?

Don't have a store nearby that I can check.
