So I've had a pretty crappy history with my Macbook Pro. I think it may be a lemon. It is under Apple Care fortunately but I've had the following replaced under Apple Care so far:

1 x Trackpad
1 x Battery
2 x Charger
1 x SuperDrive
1 x Screen/Display
and most recently (a few days ago)
1 x Harddrive

As a student, I'm always using my laptop pretty much during most of my waking hours and its kind of a hassle and nuisance to have to travel 2 hours to get to the nearest Apple Store. Would my unit be something that would qualify to be replaceable by the "Lemon Policy".

Not sure what to do at this point - input and feedback would be great. 

I'll give them a ring.

What exactly do I say/request? Kind of confused a bit by the procedure that they will be following

Are you currently having some kind of problem with the MBP? They won't take any action unless there is something wrong at the time you show up at the Genius Bar.

Ooooh Gotcha, so I technically had a chance when that hard drive failed?
