WeeKillBackground and KillBackground Issue

I recently jailbreaked my Iphone 4s and have gotten acclimated to Cydia and OpenSSH/iFile editing. However, I can not figure out why WeKillBackground or KillBackground do not show up when I pull my notification center down. I even purchased the WeeKillBackground commercial version. WeKillBackground appears in the settings menu, but will not actually show up so that I can use it. Any thoughts on what could be wrong?

I have gone through the settings, but I can't see anything that would prevent app function. thanks in advance.
 
Go to Settings-->Notifications and make sure that it is listed under the 'In Notification Center' list and that the toggle is on. Also you may have to respring to get it to show up.
 
That worked. Can't believe I couldn't figure that one out. Thanks again.
