can't add event in calender

Hi Guys
I've a iPhone 3gs wih jailbreak.
Last night i wanted to add an event in the calender. I added the usual stuff pressed save for the different settings and when i wanted to save the event, it does not except the "save" event. It also does not allow me to cancel the event. If I open the calender now it goes back to the "new event" screen!!
Any ideas whats going on??:mad:
 
Calender frozen

Hi Guys
My calender not responding. I tried to add an event and since than i neither can cancel the new event nor can I be "done" with it. Certain fields can't be edited (AVAILABILITY field stays blank) repeat field can be ticked anywhere but if I want to "Done" event it tells me REPEAT cannot be changed. I cant get out of the event either.
Can"t /don't want to switch phone of completely, it has a jailbrake.

PLEEEEEEEEASE help urgend

P.S its a iPhone 3gs
 
With JB'ing, comes problems. I don't JB because I am not tech-savy enough to fix the occasional problems that come along with it. My advice would be to go back to the "walled garden".

the JB is in place for month now and never a problem. Can't go out of it either. Its a network locked USA phone and i'm in South Africa:(:D
The sad thing is I'm also no techno wiz either, so i had to follow the JB print out step by step.
Any other suggestions, reasons for the freeze to happen ??

....somethiing in your JB is causing the problem...

What JB apps do you have installed that might affect the Calendar?

To be honest I don"t know, as said no techy buff. Got phone as is. previous owner put JB in place for me.
?????
I think I have to go thru the JB posts and see what and how I can fix it. If u can help I owe u a diner when u come to S.A. We r bunny friendly:)
