Incorrect location on 4S

My iPhone seems to have a faulty sense of location.

One minute it'll detect my real current location, then randomly it'll jump elsewhere.

The problem occurs on both wifi and 3G, and I've tried toggling location services, and restoring.

Any idea on what to do?
