Another question from my boss... he wants to be able to email/message "groups" of people like he does from Outlook at work. For example, we have 3 guys who make up Maintenance and he wants to email them all because he doesn't know who is around that day. I know he can click to add each contact but is there an actual "group" setting? If not, I figured he could probably just add the contact "Maintenance" and add as many phone numbers & email addresses as needed under it. But it would be easier for him if he could select the three contacts and name them "Maintenance" instead of retyping everything.
