iMac 21.5" i5 with Skype???

My friend is thinking of getting iMac 21.5" i5 with Skype service. She would like to obtain this combo to communicate with both other iMac systems and Windows x systems. And, she isn't too sure of Skype Free Service or Skype Premium service. Since I don't use Skype myself, I cannot accurately provide pros / cons of this configuration.

Appreciate your feedback on this combo. Especially Skype with iMac usage lessons learned.

If her only goal is using Skype, then she is better off getting a cheap windows or linux netbook, a webcam and a headset. If you question was: "does skype work on a Mac?" than the answer is "yes".
