Garageband recording missing?

Hey Y'all,

I was recording an interview and the bar kept counting beyond 2000 measures. However, when I finished the interview after about an hours and saved changes all that was left upon reopening was 59 measures.

HELP ME!!! How can I recover the whole file! I have tried "Show package contents" but it didn't work.
