HELP! Is my Airport Express Base Station DEAD?

My Airport Express Base Station (A1354) seems to have died. The only sign of life is when I plug it in, the four tiny green lights in the back light up before fading.

No light in the front. I've reset and I've factory reset. Nothing.

Is there any hope?
 
Sounds like it's fried. Is it still under warranty? If you purchased it with a Mac and purchased AppleCare for that Mac, it'll be covered under that Mac's AppleCare. Also, if you have a friend with an AEBS, you could always try using their power cord and see if it'll work.

Btw, The A1354 is the Apple Extreme Base Station, just to avoid confusion for others reading.

yes it does sound like a dead airport extreme.
