On my iPhone 3Gs running iOS 5 I found it easy and handful to use
the new keyboard shortcut feature, since then I can't live without it.
But now I'm looking for the same thing on my MacBook Pro.

On my iPhone, when I type the phrase '@@', it auto complete my email address.
I want to be able to do the same thing on my Mac, and I need your help to do it.
I don't care if it will be a shortcut that contains specific word or combination of hot keys.

Thanks from advance.

Have a look at System Preferences -> Language and Text -> Text
There's a column with entries for symbol and text substitution. Add your own.
Not sure how systemwide it's implemented but one example where it doesn't work is website text inputs (forms, login and search boxes).
