Copy entire hard drive?

I have a 2 tb USB hard drive formatted as HFS+ almost full with files and I want to clone/duplicate every file on that hard drive to a 2 tb USB hard drive formatted as NTFS.

I have Paragon NTFS for Mac and can read/write to NTFS but, to copy this much data is going to take forever. Is there an easier way to just clone the drive and keep the format of the one HFS+ while leaving the other NTFS?

Carbon Copy Cloner can backup all your files, except system files, to that drive. To backup system files and make a bootable clone, the backup volume must be HFS+ formatted.
 
at the theoretical maximum for USB2, it should take a bit over 11 hours to copy 2 TB of data, but real world is probably closer to 26 hours. (based on my personal experience of about 25 MB/s).

just something to keep in mind when you say "forever"
