Does anyone know if AT&T throttles their 4g service as aggressively as 3G?

Yes they do. That top 5% doesn't exclude 4G LTE customers.

Yep. What AT&T does with throttling is ridiculous especially with used on LTE.

Verizon does not not throttle LTE at all and only throttle 3G during peak congested hours.

Give it time. AT&T went a good year and a half with out any throttling to their unlimited plans. They were truly unlimited. Verizon could begin to throttle next year or sooner. They even said they reserve the right to throttle 4G at any time. The AT&T hatred will soon end once Verizon does it too.
