I'm having a huge problem

Okay so I'm on an iPhone 4S and jailbroken on iOS 5.0.1. Now my problem is that sometimes when I delete my Music app from the multitasking tray my phone will hang, and the only way to get out of it is doing a hard reset. Does anyone know what's up?
