Deleting Server app

If I delete the server app in cleanmymac will I be able to reinstall a fresh version of the server app?

No need for CleanMyMac to uninstall something, you can do that in Finder (see below links or my signature):

And yes, you will be able to install a fresh version of the Server.app.
