Fix for Red to Voicemail Yet?

Hey guys... I having issues getting rid of the RED DOT that appears when you have a voice mail. I'm not sure but i didn't it stated to happen when I started using airplane mode toggle to see if I could get signal back when i was in a low signal area.

Its driving me crazy... I don't know if I really have a voice mail or not. Yes I already checked an i don't.

I've searched but don't really see any fixes; mostly people replying saying they got the same issue.

Yes I'm using an Iphone 4 jailbroken & unlock with Gevey Sim on T-mobile.
