I accidentally added a bunch of video files into iAnnotate through iTunes (was gonna add it to VLC) and now I can't delete them! I can't find them through the iAnnotate UI and I can't seem to be able to delete it through itunes. I don't want to delete and reinstall the app because I've got 100+ pdfs in there, please help!

Not sure if this would work, but try downloading an app (for Mac or pc) called iExplorer. When your iPad is connected, it will show you the file structure of the device and I'm guessing when you open the iannotate folder you'd see the files you want to delete. Good luck!
