Can i get my money back?

I received an email saying that i had purchased a chinese app. But it turns out that somebody else has ben using my apple ID aswell without me knowing. I checked on itunes and the money i had in my account had gone. Is there any way of getting this back?

Do you use a credit card with your Apple ID? Most CC companies provide protection against things like this so if you use a CC, contact your CC company. If not, you can contact MAS support
 
I was using money from my gift voucher i had. £40 went out of my credit
