I checked amazon and some of the case manufacturers announce they are ready to ship as soon as the announcement is made so they must have any new design changes under confidentiality agreement with apple. One company said the case is a bit thicker.9

i hope they ship with alot cases right away. i want a proper case wich will look beautiful but can be taken off real easily.
 
Adventurous case makers will start production of cases on rumours in the hope that they're proved correct and can be first to market. I don't believe any case makers have any more knowledge about the iPad 3 than we do.
