Have wifi iPad2 and Mifi want 3G iPad

I have a iPad2 and a mifi. My plan is 5 Gigs for $50.00. I want a 3G iPad and cut the mifi down to 2 gigs for $30.00 and get 2 Gigs for the 3G iPad. I use the mifi for other devices also. My question is how much data do most of you use per month on the iPad. I rarely go near 2 gigs on my iPhone but wondering if most people use more data on the iPad or their iPhone?
