mouse behavior is different?

I just installed mountain lion and the first thing I noticed was that the mouse tracking seems different. wtf!

I hated the mouse tracking in Snow Leopard and in Lion they finally made it a bit more Windows like but with Mountain Lion they seem to go backwards again!

anyone else noticing this?
 
I don't have 10.8, but I didn't notice anything different with mouse tracking from Snow Leopard to Lion. It doesn't seem Windows like at all. Sometimes I have to work extensive periods on Windows 7 and when I switch back to Lion, my mouse flies everywhere :D
