Small Contact Pic when Calling

With iCloud, how do you make it so when a contact calls, their picture is small (see attached) instead of fullscreen picture of the contact?

I remember back when I synced my contacts with my Mac it would allow this, but I currently use iCloud.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This was revised many iOS updates ago so that the full picture is presented(if any). I'm not sure that stock iOS allows this at all anymore. I've never seen an option for it anyway.

I'm not sure, and I don't think there is, a switch to determine if the contact picture is to be thumbnail or full size when they call.

I do know, that when I made my contacts sync with Google, it resized them to thumbnails.
Now that I sync with iCloud, they're all full size again. Which is my preference.
