I replaced RAM in my MBP and as a couple of screws on back cover are loose I put a drop of Locktite on each one Now cannot get them to turn - any advice as I now want to replace HD with a SSD - I reckoned the adhesive would only stop screws from loosening as it's used on autos for this ?

That all depends on the type of Loctite you used. there are at least 2 different types. Removable & Non-Removable. Red is NON and blue is removable. If you used the Red type (NON removable) Good Luck getting the little screws out.

Make sure you have the proper size Phillips screw driver, a Brand new one with hardened tip, and you are at the correct angle to the screw head (they are not 90° to the bottom) and then press/turn and HOPE.

Thanks - I tried again with new screwdriver pressed hard and turned slow and it worked !!
