Windows on MacBook Air beeping

I'm running Windows 7 x64 on my 2011 MacBook Air i7/4GB/256. I noticed yesterday that when I close the lid, the Air will beep either once or twice. When I reopen the lid, it sometimes beeps once. I've been Googleing beep codes and even ran the hardware test holding down D. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
