iPhone 3GS 5.0.1 bb iPad airplane mode issue

Hi,

I've an 3GS iPhone updated on iOS 5.0.1 and jailbreaked with ultrasnow 0.9.10b5
On jailbreak i've cheked iPad baseband for. Reflashing it and desimblock it

After that i've installed ultrasnow 1.2.5 and put my new SIM card

Evrything it's ok but :

Airplane mode not working on this mode incomming calls comming,
I suppose it's because i've iPad bb but how can i do ?

Please help me this morning a call wake me up at 6 am !!!!!
