[Urgent!] restore data from another iPhone 4?

Hi, recently i exchanged my iPhone 4 32GB with an unlocked 16 GB one from my cousin. and since yesterday trying to restore my previous data from 32GB one.
but can't get successes!
every time after restore the my new iPhone, iTunes always show 'Set your iPhone' page! i mean it doesn't show set as new or restore from another backup!
I'm getting sick of seeing this.
please guys help me to solve this issue.

N.B: I already backup my old iPhone 4 by right click on it and click 'back up', iTunes is up to date and both device is on iOS 5.0.1!
My operating system is Win 7 x64.

I already did but underlined option not showing!
my itunes show only as a option is set as new iPhone!!

tried both way, jailbreak or without jailbreak. but still no option for restore previous data!
iTunes always skip this option!
