Find my iPhone does't

My iCloud page lists four devices, the Mac I'm typing on, my laptop, and the iPhone 4's of my wife and I.

This machine says "No Location". My laptop, downstairs, works fine.

But neither of my phones do, they both say "offline". I looked at the doc on Apple, and nothing in that could apply - both have their SIM in, etc.

Any other reasons for this?
