Which would you prefer of the iPad 3 names floating around?

I think I would prefer iPad 3, but I understand if they don't name it that.

Let's face it, the iPad will be around for a while. If Apple puts a new number behind it each year, it may become a little ridiculous when the iPad 10 rolls around.

A lot of people are saying that it is not a significant enough update to go to 3. I think differently. That screen is an insane upgrade. That alone should be enough for 3

iPad HD would be really confusing. We've already got the likes of Angry Birds HD in the App Store. What are they going to do for iPad HD? Angry Birds HD HD?

Preferably iPad 3. Best name to make clear that this is an all-new iPad.

I was hoping that it would follow the iPhone naming convention....

iPhone
iPhone 3G
iPhone 3GS
iPhone 4
iPhone 4S
etc

iPad
iPad 2
iPad 4G (with LTE/"Retina"/A5X (quad-core A5))
iPad 4GS (same as 4G with new Cortex A15 based SoC(A6))
iPad 5
etc

but I guess that would just make too much sense.

They won't call it the iPad 3 because people will confuse it with the inevitable iPad 3D.
