Do the ipad 2 cases fit the new ipad

Hello,

I am going to be investing and getting the 64g+4g LTE ipad 3 and I was wondering if maybe since the ipad 2 and the new ipad are only about 1 milimeter difference will the ipad 2 cases fit the ipad 3, like maybe the zagg keyboard case and otterbox and/or the snap on plastic cases.

Thanks any replies are appreciated :D
 
Anything that requires them to "snap" into place, pretty much no. I can't be 100% positive but many quality cases have no tolerance for the increased size because they are almost a prefect fit for the iPad 2. If you're using a leather or stretchy case then it will give some and allow you to still fit it in.
