So right now I have a black 32gb iPhone 4 for AT&T. I'd like to upgrade to a 4s though, so I thought I'd put my 4 up on Craigslist and see what happens. I'm upgrade eligible but would like to save that for the iPhone 5, so I'm shopping for a 4s on Craigslist. I listed it at $350 in very very good condition with the box and all original items minus the headphones, since I lost those a while back.

To my surprise, I got a bunch of email/text already and people wanting to buy the phone ASAP tomorrow when I get the chance to meet up. In a lot of these emails/text people would ask what firmware and modem version I'm on. My firmware is 4.0.1 and modem 01.59.00 what does this mean and how does it affect the $ price of my phone? I installed Cydia on it back when I first got it but never really messed with it since it just confused me. :(

My main concerns are, am I getting a good price for my phone? The current top offer is $340 which I plan on taking tomorrow if all goes well with my 4s purchase from another CL seller. I've been told by potential buyers to only restore/erase my iPhone 4 through the phone settings ONLY and not to use iTunes restore. This method will get ALL my personal data and apps but keep the firmware version intact? I'd really appreciate any advice/help, thanks in advance.
