Countries with launch date the 23rd - Preorders??

I'm so impatient!

I live in one of the countries where the iPad 3 launches on the 23rd, and it's not possible to preorder an iPad in my country's Apple Store yet. A quick look on the Apple Stores in other of those countries shows that this is the case for us all.

So:

Does anyone know when/if it will be possible for us to preorder? :D

I just went to the local Fona (Aarhus) yesterday. They have a list of exactly how many of each model they get and if you pay for the iPad up front, your're guaranteed to get it at midnight the 23rd.

I would imagine that the Fonas in Copenhagen has the same info about their upcoming iPads.
