Hi, hoping someone can help me?

Since purchasing Aperture through the App Store I find that I cannot get the updates released by Apple, as the App Store does not recognise my Apple ID. Obviously, I must have been able to log in at some point. I have no problem logging into the iTunes Store.

I've tried logging in to iTunes, logging out of iTunes, whilst trying to get into the App Store. I've deleted my card details in iTunes, added another one, all to no avail. It just says that my Apple ID is not recognised.

Apple Support haven't been much help. Their suggestion was to download Aperture direct from the Apple website. This didn't work and it doesn't fix my problem.

I'm thinking about getting an iPad, but until I can resolve this issue I see no point as I can't download apps for it.

Any thoughts?
