Hi Guys

So I recently pre-ordered the new iPad. I’ve never had an iPad before and I will use it mostly for use at University (or College if you’re in the US ;)).

Can anyone advise me on good apps for use in lectures, planning my time, to assist with group work etc.?

I know this is quite an open ended question, but any advice you could provide would be great :D

Thanks!

iAnnotate or PDF Expert for reading and annotating journal articles/ academic texts.

Circus Ponies Notebook, Notability and EndNote for note taking (the latter app has sharing functions, e.g. for groupwork).

Various academic publishers have apps, but this would depend on your field.

SmallTask for to do lists.

iThoughtsHD for mind mapping.

DropBox for syncing docs with your regular computer.
