At Apple store I went there and noticed the latest update (iOS 5.1 I think) has removed YouTube app?? Why???

The You Tube app is part of the iOS software included with the iPad.

This app can't be deleted. Try doing a search by swiping to the right on the home screen and you should find it.

It's a stock app, meaning it's on the iPad whether you like it or not.
Double check that someone hasn't put it within a folder or something..

I went back to Apple store today and look around and found out someone had play with restriction setting to prevent from YouTube app show up.
