However, when I put it in and tapped View Account, it said this wasn't supported (and it showed AT&T in the box)

What do I do? When I tried with my iPhone 4S SIM card, I at least got it to show AT&T 4G on the upper left.

It's also stuck on "searching"

Common sense would say contact AT&T.

Just found out an iPad SIM is supposed to have green and orange I believe. And why would I contact AT&T? Lol tell them "Hey I want to activate your service on another companies iPad!"

Because it is an AT&T sim card you are trying to get to work. Makes more sense than contacting T-Mobile or Sprint.

No, just tell them iPad. Why divulge more information than is necessary?

It also would have helped if you had mentioned in your OP that you were trying to use the AT&T sim card in a Verizon iPad.

Went to AT&T and they told I have a 4G Microsim card so it should work. I applied APN to it but it's still searching. I'm so confused.
