Help build a preset for HandBrake for High Profile 4.1??

Is anyone able to help build a preset for handbrake which follows the high 4.1 profile & still works with 1080p on iPad 3 & apple tv? The 1080p stuff from iTunes looks pretty decent, especially for the file size but I'm having a hard time encoding to the same quality. It seems to run horrible on the iPad 3 but iTunes stuff is fine...
