Mid 2009 White Macbook repairs

I got a MacBook 13" 2.13 GHz (Mid 2009) without the Hard Drive, battery, or the Memory cover (enclosing the HDD and RAM from the battery) and would like some help repairing/upgrading it. Below are some of the questions I have

Do you know a reliable, cheap place to get a battery, http://www.ifixit.com/MacBook-Parts/MacBook-Hard-Drive-Bracket/IF186-023, and http://www.ifixit.com/MacBook-Parts/MacBook-Memory-Cover/IF186-013?

I'm also allowed to use any laptop hard drive right? I'm liking this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136567

Where could I sell the 2 x 1GB RAM sticks for the computer besides ebay and craigslist?

Finally, is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146787 better than http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146723 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313041 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231155? Should all of these options work with the computer?

Do you guys know a quick and easy way to remove grime from the keyboard?

Best thing to remove grime/dirt from the top case and the keys is a Magic Eraser just don't let it get too wet.......

I would avoid the WD drives on that MacBook - read some of the reviews......

All of the ram you linked to will work fine - if you want to pay more then fine but they will all do the job. PC6400 ram works fine and at the proper speed in the 2.13GHz model

Could you tell me the hard drive and RAM you're using? It'd be appreciated
 
Hard disk is a Seagate 500GB, 7200 rpm model
Ram is a 2GB PC6400 Hynix and a 4GB PC6400 Hynix....
