Right after I uninstalled Winterboard I noticed that my Calendar Icon turned transparent.

I tried re-booting and that didn't work.

I have a 4S on 5.01 and I'm running the following apps:

BiteSMS
SBSettings
Notifier+
5 Icon Dock (where the Calendar icon was located)
Springflash
Cameralocker
Backgrounder
MyWi

Outside of reinstalling Winterboard, does anyone know how to fix this?

It was transparent, not white.

I was able to fix it by reinstalling Winterboard, then uninstalling 5 Icon dock, then uninstalling Winterboard. I then installed 5 Icon dock and all was fine.

Interestingly, my Phone Icon went blank/white. I then rebooted and it returned to normal.

Install a tweak called iWipe Cache.

That will do the trick for you next time w/o having to uninstall and re-install anything.
