Does new Ipad have itunes custom equalizer?

Somewhat of an audiophile and have my itunes on my imac equalizer custom setup for pretty amazing sound considering.Hopefully will be buying the new ipad if itunes custom equalizer is on board.In a way its a shame Apple doesnt allow third party apps to replace apple sound system like android does.Poweramp is one terrific sounding music app and in a perfect world it would be available for Apple products.
