Mac Life magazine issues on new iPad

All over the US and world
I bought a new iPad 3rd gen and subscribed to mac life magazine. The magazine takes about ten seconds to load each page and slowly loads the image into retna screen resolution. Has anyone else had this issue? None of my other hi def magazines do this. Thanks
