Maybe not quite the right section for this, but I figure there are lots of people going through this process in this part of the forum right now
I have phoned apple to arrange a replacement, and it will arrive April 5th - 12th, but I was wondering what the window is for me sending mine back to apple now the return has been processed and they've already sent me the confirmation for the replacement being sent out.
Can I just tell the courier to pick it up on the 12th so I'm not without my iPad for maybe two weeks? I know it was usually about 10 days before they'd cancel the return if they didn't receive the item back, but they've already sent me the confirmation for the new one, so I wasn't sure what my options were.
