Remove jailbreak on iphone 3GS, v 4.3.3

Hi,

I am trying to remove the jailbreak on my iphone 3GS so that I can upgrade it to v 5.0. Currently, it is v.4.3.3, modem firmware 06.15.00. Using cydia for jailbreak.

I would like to preserve the data on it (mostly smses), and might jailbreak it again later.

Help, anyone??? I don't really know anything about any of this. Thank you!
