Bright pixel?

I have a 4 mth old iPad2 and just noticed a bright pixel that wont go away. Starting to bother me when reading especially on white backgrounds. Any ideas? Will Apple cover this?

Sounds defective. Does 4mo fall within the standard 12mo warranty? Hmmm that's just too much for our brains to process, heavy math there. You might be on your own.
