Is there a way to keep the screen on all the time instead of powering off?
 
Is there a way to keep the screen on all the time instead of powering off?
By powering off, do you mean the display is sleeping? If so, you can change your Energy Saver settings in System Preferences, or install Caffeine, which will temporarily override your energy saver settings and keep your Mac awake with a click on the Menu Bar icon. Another click turns it off.

Caffeine works great but so does the Energy Saver
